3GIS Integritetspolicy
In order to fulfill our obligations and monitor our rights under the right-of-use agreements that 3GIS has for our base stations with property owners, it is necessary with processing of personal data. The treatment is mainly done through registration in 3GIS asset and contract databases. We do no profiling or interconnection with other systems outside the company. The information is shared with suppliers in the event of work on the base station. The data is saved as long as it is necessary in view of the obligations that may arise due to the right to use that exists, or previously exsisted, on the property. 3GIS has CCTV surveillance at individual properties. The purpose of CCTV surveillance is to prevent and investigate crime and sabotage. The data is exclusively processed by 3GIS employees and is strictly utilized for the purpose of preventing and investigating crime and sabotage.
Our goal is for our counterparts to feel confident that personal integrity is respected and that personal data is processed correctly. All processing of personal data at 3GIS takes place in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation. Within the EU/ESS, the data protection regulation 2016/679 and SFS 2018:218 of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) applies.
The person whose personal data is registered with 3GIS has the right to request access to and correction or deletion of personal data. The data subject also has the right to request limitation of treatment or to object to treatment. For reasons of integrity, 3GIS will need to check the identity of the person requesting the information.
